All orders are shipped out in 1-2 business days (working days only, and we don't work on weekends or public holidays).
Shipping Methods Inside USA
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. It takes 2-5 business days to receive your packages. Our carrier partners are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. An email with a tracking number will be sent to you when the package is shipped out. You can also find the order tracking information in your account dashboard if you have created an account.
Additional shipping and handling charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Any problem with additional shipping about Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, or any needs for other territories outside the 48 contiguous United States, please call or email us.
Shipping Methods Outside USA
Currently, we do not ship outside the US.
Orders cannot be amended once it is placed. If the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order, If shipped, the clients have to wait for delivery or place a new order, return the wrong items, and get a refund once they are returned to us. Clients have to pay for return postage.
If you have not received your order within the times scales set out here it could be due to postal system failure. If this happens to you, please email our customer service team for further information.
Please Note: Your order may have been split into multiple parcels, this means your parcels may arrive at different times.
Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders
In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, the in-stock items will be dispatched immediately if the back-ordered items will be in stock over 20 days. The back-ordered items will then be dispatched when stock is replenished.
If the backorder will be available in 20 days, we will dispatch the whole order when the backorder is in stock. If you need the in-stock items urgently, please contact us freely, and then we will refund the backorder and dispatch the in-stock items immediately.
