Returns
Ruibai offers returns within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
1. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition and the packaging is in as good as new condition, we offer a full refund of the item(s).
2. If the item(s) are returned in its original condition, but not in their original and undamaged packaging, we charge 15% per package.
3. All goods returned will be inspected for damage and authenticity upon receipt. Ruibai reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace and return the item(s) to you.
4. If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we will not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.
5. Items should be returned to our return address as instructed. If the goods are returned to the wrong address, we reserve the right to refuse to refund if the goods are not received by our return center.
6. Items returned without an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Orders We Do Not Accept Return
1. For international orders, any additional fees for dispatch internationally, duty, or local tax are also all non-refundable.
2. Customized products cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
3. Orders over $1,000 cannot be returned. Please kindly test the sample first. Product warranty is available.
4. If any item arrives damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement order. Items not claimed as damaged after this period may not be authorized for replacement.
5. Goods returned without an authorized returns number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
6. Christmas products are eligible for return or exchange with one exception: Christmas products are not eligible for return for any reason after December 24th of the year in which the purchase was transacted.
7. Returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, with the manufacturer's original packaging.
8. Orders over 30 days of receipt of delivery cannot be returned. Product warranty is available.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. We issue the refund in 1 business day after we receive the return.
If you pay via PayPal, you will receive a refund instantly.
If you pay via credit card or bank account, you will receive a refund within 5 business days.
If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive a refund in 2 business days.
Warranty
In order to serve our customers and subject to the following disclaimers and limitations, Ruibai provides the following limited warranty.
The warranty shall apply for a period of at least 1 year from the date of original purchase.
The warranty only covers products installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions we provide, and no warranty is made with respect to any of our products that are otherwise installed or maintained.
Defects or failures arising during shipment or due to alteration, misuse, negligence, accident, theft, defective maintenance, damage by and actions of others, or where adequate care has not been taken to prevent chemical, ice, or snow damage to the product shall not be covered by this warranty.
The warranty does not cover products that have been exposed to toxic, nuclear, or corrosive environments, or where operating temperatures fall below -40 Celsius Degrees or exceed 60 Celsius degrees.
This warranty does not cover labor, shipping costs, removal, or installation, nor does this warranty cover any product not expressly designated an OEM product when it is used as a component of and/or a finished good for a manufactured primary product without the prior written approval of Ruibai.
